2012 Created & produced a new 2-day event, the Square Food Festival attended by over 40k people as part of the Preston Guild, a ‘once every twenty years’ celebration.

The event included Preston Cake City – a giant edible map of the city made by local people, a Food Adventure Playground, performances, demonstrations, street food by local businesses and a market showcasing the region’s best food producers.
