Simon is an Edinburgh-based food innovator with a UK-wide reputation for creating and delivering extraordinary food projects. He works in the fields of broadcasting, talks, festivals, writing and restaurant consultancy.
Simon is a co-presenter of Kitchen Café, BBC Radio Scotland’s weekly food programme.
Simon is a Non-Executive Director of Food Nation, a social enterprise that is passionate about food, nutrition and health. Based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne Food Nation provides innovative food and nutrition services to schools, businesses and communities across the North-East of England. In 2016 Simon helped Food Nation develop and launch Harissa Restaurant and Takeaway – a social enterprise investing profits back into the community. Harissa won Best Newcomer in the Chronicle Food Awards.
Simon is a professional associate with Ford Consultancy Group specialising in marketing and events.
